2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been confirmed, for reasons such as product unavailability or errors in pricing.

3. Delivery

We deliver to the regions listed on our site. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders; otherwise a delivery fee is shown at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Perishable goods may not be eligible for return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Loyalty & Referrals

Points earned through our loyalty and referral programmes have no cash value and may be adjusted or expired in line with the programme terms shown on the relevant pages.

6. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what we need to fulfil your orders and improve your experience, and we never sell your data.
